Bye bye Winter!
You have no idea how happy I am because it's officially Spring! It makes my heart dance - I just need Mother Nature to feel the same way... C'mon lady, let it be spring!
A few weeks back, I got to walk at Anthropologie Philadelphia's Spring Fashion Show. Last year I walked their fall show but this spring one was my favorite. Super springy - bright colors, lots of floral patterns, their pattern play slash color play is absolutely magical this season! For those who missed out on the show - no worries! Here are a bunch of photos from the show and behind the scenes before we walked our 'runway'. (I just want to say this word because it sounds cool, you know) - I want you to feel as springy as I do!
Before the show started, we were getting retouched and drinking a bit of champagne, and having a little photoshoot.
Oh hey me! haha - This gorgeous spring dress I wore is called Farm Rio Quintana Maxi Dress(click to shop!), super light and simply beautiful. At the fitting this is the first dress I grabbed. Sneaking Bernardo Harper Embroidered Shooties under the dress - these heels were so easy to walk in! I chose these Gong Drop Earrings and obviously these are everyone's fave - so simple but so stunning, go perfect with any outfits. I looooved my look!
Aaaaand then, the show has started! - Here are my fave looks I picked, again, it's so so springy!
COLORS AND PATTERNS!! She was wearing patterned heels too, perfect mis-match-but-match, and her hair just complimented the whole look. My fave!
Mixing opposite colors - I became friends with Libby at the fall show last year when she walked right after me. She slayed the look. So stunning!
As much as I adore colors and patterns, my eyes go to just a simple plain white. Loving every single detail of this jumpsuit!
This lady Tanya and I knew each other even before the fall show through a mutual photographer and this time I walked right after her so we got to chit chat (love herrr)! She is also a Philly blogger who kills the chic lady style all year long. Of course she rocked the perfect chic pattern play at this show too.
I was digging this long black duster X stripe pants look! They are both super easy to style with anything and so perfect together!
The show ended, and another fun thing started - yes after party!
And I finally got to see all my friends who came to see me, and yes, they were all so dang cute too!
My ballerina babes Elena and Desiree
And my real life siri / manager / assistant / squad - Aubrey
Like where is Waldo - find Rie with a mouth full of food, drinking wine and my Mary Cup Kate!
Anyways, it was another magical experience I got to have and I'm super duper inspired by Anthropologie and all the ladies I met here! A big, biiiig thank you to my fave man Joe for taking all those awesome photos!
Hope you guys felt the vibe here and got ready for fun spring #OOTDs, despite the snow storm outside and I'm oh so ready for the warm weather!
