So I walked in a fashion show…AGAIN!
How lucky, I got to walk for the Anthropologie fashion show for the third time last month. My first time was last fall, and then this past spring. (Click >>HERE<< to see the spring show post!)
This fall, their “anthro style” is absolutely ON POINT - more modern and contemporary this year, yet still has anthro’s vibes. I was so excited when I saw all the outfits for the show. This year the show was focusing on “Love Layers”, all the outfits had so many layering details. Today I’d love to share with you some of my favorite layering tips that they gave me!
Before the show started, we had a mini photoshoot outside of the store with the looks, and this is what I wore!
I fell in love with this suede trench coat at first sight, and it’s the most comfortable trench I’ve ever worn in my life. Wearing cool patterned wide leg pants and silk cami underneath, my favorite point of this outfit was “the belt over the trench”. I think belt-over-outer is such a big trend this year and I love this not just because it’s modern, because it also makes my body look the best! My legs look the longest, my waist looks the smallest, it’s just an easy magic everyone can try!

And this show was extra special for me because I walked with one of my best squads Molly.
One of my besties from the ballet world, one of the few people who knows my best and worst and still be there for me, the kindest human being, also a former Anthro stylist. When Molly told me about how she was also walking the show, that made me oh so excited.
The outfit she wore was literally “MOLLY” - so lovely, lady chic, and hints of fun essentials. When she chose this look, I almost thought this look knew it will be worn by her.
Orange brown X navy blue is a beautiful color combo, also look at the perfect pattern play! - polka dots and funky animal floral print. They are totally different patterns but don’t look too busy together, and the look is completed with the simple jacket with a pop of color. The balance of short jacket and the high waisted skirt - BRAVO!
Like… can she be any more beautiful!? I’m so lucky to have this human in my life…
And here are some of my fave looks at the show!
